The project transformed the organization’s content into a clear Squarespace experience, making it easier to attend a concert, join the orchestra, support its work, and access member information.
The work included website strategy, information architecture, design, copy refinement, content migration, donation integration, domain mapping, redirects, DNS coordination, and SSL troubleshooting. The result is a warm, accessible website that serves as the orchestra’s central source of truth while giving the organization a more sustainable platform for future growth. Significantly, The new website launched successfully, secured prominent Google sitelinks, and established whidbeyislandorchestra.org as the organization’s authoritative online home—making key information immediately accessible from search.
